Product Description
Automatic water filtration Backflushing system controller
Automatic backflushing control system is made up of the electromagnetic water valve,three -way backflushing valve,filter units,hydraulic sensor,alarm,pressure holding valve,water pump and so on,which are linked by the programming software through input and output signals of controller. It can automatically take turns to clean each filter online.Meanwhile,it can uninterruptedly provide filtration water.So it achieves the purpose of unmanned automatic control.The controller is equipped with LCD which can show real-time operation status of equipment.
Typical Application
Apply in backflushing disc filter,to form automatic backflushing disc filter system;
Apply in shallow dielectric filter,to form the automatic backflushing shallow dielectric filter system.
Function
1.The controller can be set three kinds of backflushing trigger mode:timing trigger,start,inlet and outlet pressure difference trigger,manual trigger start;
2.The controller is equipped with a differential pressure sensor and water pressure connecting port for inlet and outlet,can be determined immediately the difference of water pressure;
3.it is embedded pressure sensor zero calibration.when calibration,it is needed to disconnect the water pipe;
4.at the time for disconnect embedded controller,it can also be triggered by an external differential pressure sensor that enters a dry contact signal;
5.The controller can be separately count the times of backflushing for the timing start,the differential pressure start ,the manual start;
6.the controller can be set the times of backflushing cycle triggered by differential pressure .When the times of backflushing cycle triggered by the differential pressure exceeds the preset times,the backflushing will be stopped and give an alarm.The alarm problem will be displayed on the screen.The pressure difference could not trigger backflushing,the subsequent backflushing will only be triggered by the timer start;

- Integrated structure design,IP66 protection level;Battery DC 6V and AC 110v/220v two power supply modes to choose from;The DC power supply controller can be powered by four 1.5V batteries and can be connected to control multiple DC12V self latching electromagnetic water valves;When the battery voltage is low,the screen will display low voltage alarm;AC power supply controller contains a transformer that can convert 110V or 220 V power to AC 24v power supply,and connect to control multiple 24V electromagnetic water valves;Modular design,optional 2,4,6,8 control modules;We can be flexibly selected the corresponding control valve station,according to the number of filter units;The LCD field screen can be display simple,clear.
