Diaphragm hydraulic control valve, system pressure drive, can be controlled by the power signal to open/close.
With internal inlet and outlet circuit. The internal filter makes the valve self-cleaning.
Plastic valve, after fine production, to meet the industrial design standards. Strong durability, chemical corrosion and cavitation resistance, no bolts and nuts inside.
Y-type valve body adopts full diameter high flow design. The flow rate is large and the head loss is small.
Integrated ultra-durable flexible diaphragm and guide spool. Smooth and slow closing of the valve: low pressure required for opening and driving; Effectively prevent diaphragm corrosion and deformation.
External pressure pipeline design, which can be easily checked and maintained on site.
System pressure [1] enters the control chamber [2] through the open solenoid controller [3]. The pressure of the control chamber causes the diaphragm spool assembly [4] to move towards the closed posi- tion. When the external pressure rises,solenoid controller [3] switches to discharge the pressure of the control chamber and the valve opens. The solenoid controller [3] also enables manual opening or closing of the valve.
